A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

🔪 Please bring all your Cutco knives with you. I can sharpen both straight and jagged edges.

🔪 To ensure everything runs smoothly and we keep the number of people in the room to a minimum, please stick to your scheduled appointment time.

🔪 If possible, please don’t bring children. If you need to, just let me know ahead of time.

Factory Send-Back Service:

🔪 On rare occasions, some knives may require additional care and need to be sent back to the Cutco factory for maintenance. This factory service is efficient, reliable, and costs approximately $35, which includes shipping and handling. While I strive to sharpen all your knives during your appointment so you can take your kitchen favorites home the same day, I want to provide a heads-up just in case. If any of your knives require factory service, I’ll let you know during our appointment, and we can discuss the next steps together! My goal is to ensure your Cutco collection is in perfect condition and ready for use.
